Welding Repairs

Subject components are removed by arc air gouging, flame cutting or cut-off wheel then new parts are installed and welded to new condition. Color match paint can then be applied if required.

We can apply hard-facing materials and welds to your excavator, front loader or any other piece of equipment that is exposed to abrasive conditions to extend the life and productivity of it. 

We are in the process of adding a 20"x60" Lathe to our operation and will be capable of repairing and manufacturing shafts and drive lines.
